About the Artist:
This rare set of Russian nesting dolls depicts of fairy tale poem “Ruslan and Ludmila” by fames Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. Artist loves to vary her dolls with different hair styles and hand positions, and really puts some cute expressions into the faces! Her particular trademark is the kakoshnik- a traditional headdress worn on special occasions.
